“given away here as a free gift from E.Y.E. to you!”
Elevate your heart
Have you ever watched time pass by like sands slipping through an hourglass?
That is actually similar to how the mind senses time passing.
The pineal gland in the brain senses time passing, the same way sands slip through an hourglass. It has to do with light by sensing the difference between light and darkness. The transition and repetition of light turning dark and back to light again is recognized as time passing as sensed by your pineal gland.
What happens when you want more time?
You flip the hourglass over.
Similarly, if you wish to turn back your biological clock, you simply have to “flip your body over,” or at least, the pineal gland, which senses the time passing (transition from light to dark.)
Anyway, turning back one’s biological clock or
age reversal -
It is a lot simpler than one may think.
All one has to do is somehow get your heart
more elevated than your head.
Whenever your heart is “higher” than your head, you have in essence, flipped your pineal gland – your internal hourglass, over.
Yogis accomplish this by headstands.
We also cover this in different detail in “The Surf Diet” by Chris Mo’e.
Some of us, when laying in bed or reading, do not use pillows, which elevate the head. Instead we lay flat, which at least puts the head at the equal level of the heart, or, when we can, we somehow slightly tilt our body or the bed at an incline where the heart is higher than the head.
Some of us, while reading, choose to lay flat on our back in bed, with our head just slightly off the edge, with the edge of the bed at the base of our head, which is comfortable enough and allows the head to definitely be lower than the heart for minutes at a time. This works for watching TV as well, if you tilt your head to the side.
It does not have to be a steep incline. This is already enough to Elevate your heart above your pineal gland. Easy does it!
Even if you have the heart one centimeter more elevated than the head, you have already in essence flipped the pineal gland – your “internal clock.”
Most of us do watch a little TV. You can easily incorporate this step a few minutes at a time while watching TV. You will actually be reversing your age with every passing minute.
Now the Force is With you.
These claims are backed by extensive research.
A noteworthy neurologist, Dr. Daniel Amen, has a book out titled, Change Your Brain, Change Your Life where he has proof, having scanned over 43,000 brains, that increasing blood flow to the brain actually reverses aging.
Dr. Amen’s recommendation to increase blood flow is exercise.
However, what quicker way than an Inversion to get blood flowing to your brain?
Dr. Amen has “before and after” scans of brains. After applying his own health tips, his brain today is YOUNGER than it was 15 years ago. It literally reversed its aging process and he has the scans to prove it.
Plus the unusual blood flow of heart to head instead of head to toe gives all your internal organs a nice “wash” thereby increasing and maintaining your optimum health. Ask any Yogi and they will confirm the importance of such yoga positions that accomplish this like “plow.”
Remember how we said reversing your age begins in your mind? It can be taken literally.
Why do you think the “vampire myth” in such films like Interview With The Vampire starring Tom Cruise
propagates hanging upside down for immortal creatures?
You may agree that there is something to be learned from every creature in existence. Note vampire bats. They hang upside down all day while asleep, and are nocturnal creatures. This elevation of heart over head affects their behavior, and the way they sense time passing, ie light. Is it not interesting that these are the very creatures that are fabled to be related to “immortals?”
It is simply to get the heart elevated.
There are even inversion therapy tables you can buy for your home.
Rosie O’Donnell has publicly stated that she hangs upside down for 30 minutes a day, although she claims it is to alleviate back issues. Again, the incline does not have to be as steep. It literally can only be centimeters where your head is lower than your heart.
Scientific calculations have shown that if you have the fortitude to elevate your heart about 3 hours a day, you not only stop aging, but actually reverse it TOTALLY. Which means if you did this 3 hours a day every day without fail, you would become like Benjamin Button eventually.
Even if the head is only 1 centimeter lower than the heart, you are already making gravity work for you. For once.
In one of David Fincher’s newest films, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, starring Brad Pitt, he tells the story of Benjamin Button, a man who starts aging backwards with bizarre consequences.
But no one wants to be that extreme, right? So just a few minutes a day instead of a daunting three hours will generate the youthful results you intend. We do our best to get in 30 minutes a day like this and easily make time pass by reading a book or watching a video in this position.
When we say age-reversal begins in your mind -
it is about the pineal gland.
As often and as long as you can,
